Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their 5-person team. This is a part-time role (20-25 hours/week) focused on finding top talent to support the growth of ESN & More. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruiting process, from initial contact to feedback and rejection. They will create targeted job postings, proactively source candidates, conduct screening calls, and assist in interviews. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.
