Creative Fabrica is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle marketing efforts, focusing on email marketing. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2C marketer with a strong background in SaaS, responsible for growing demand within the crafting community and improving the customer experience. This role involves crafting messaging that educates potential users, supports new customers, shares helpful content, and runs promotional campaigns.Creative Fabrica is a fast-scaling tech start-up from Amsterdam. What this role involves: - Owning and evolving multiple touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Designing and executing automated email campaigns.
- Championing fresh ideas to keep subscribers informed and engaged.
- Improving communication quality by analyzing engagement metrics.
- Maintaining consistency in voice and message.
- Monitoring competitor strategies and trends.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in tech or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce.
- 4+ years working in email marketing, lifecycle communications, or marketing automation.
- Proven success in leading lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.
- Technical fluency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, OneSignal).
- Skilled in using CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident decision-maker and creative problem solver.
