Business Analyst

Policy Expert is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in London. The role is based in a 50/50 hybrid mode. The Business Analyst will be a vital link between business objectives and technological innovations, working closely with various teams to guide the delivery of strategic goals. They will be embedded in a product-led vertical, functioning as a self-governing business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate business problems and opportunities.
• Articulate the commercial value of ideas.
• Manage stakeholders to chart a path to delivery.
• Support colleagues by encouraging best practices.
• Develop ideas through to implementation.
• Organise and run workshops to extract requirements.
• Create informative documentation.
• Support the implementation of stories with the teams.
• Monitor and measure the success of each initiative.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the UK Personal Lines Insurance industry (helpful).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in good delivery fundamentals.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and challenge.
