Second Harvest is seeking a Senior Foodraising Manager in Alberta. This role involves championing the organization's mission to rescue surplus food by building strong partnerships with Alberta’s food businesses. The Senior Foodraising Manager will drive an innovative approach to food rescue, acquiring and retaining a diversified food donor network, with an emphasis on high-impact food businesses that can provide substantial volumes of surplus food. Extensive travel across Alberta and close collaboration with operations and logistics teams are required.
Role involves:
- Identifying and engaging potential food donors.
- Recruiting and re-energizing existing and lapsed donors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize donation processes.
- Optimizing rescued food delivery.
- Monitoring outreach success and gathering donor feedback.
Requirements:

- Based in the Calgary Metropolitan area with a valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
