Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive the commercial success and GTM strategy for its Company Formation and Company Secretary products. This role is within Tide's Admin Services team, which focuses on saving members time on administrative tasks.
The Senior Commercial Manager will own the overall commercial and marketing strategy, collaborate with Product to build the right features, coordinate GTM for features and launches, develop value propositions, and lead commercial discussions. They will also apply data and research to every decision.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall commercial and marketing strategy for Company Formation and Company Secretary products.
- Collaborate with Product to build the right features for members.
- Coordinate GTM for features and launches.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing.
- Experience in Financial Services, Accounting, SMEs, or starting new propositions.
- Understanding of the pain points of SMEs and running a business.
- Data-driven approach to understanding the competitor landscape, trends, and product growth opportunities.
- Foundational understanding of CRM, performance marketing, and sales enablement.
- Experience building value propositions and positioning for SaaS products.
- Comfortable having financial and commercial discussions.
- Organized, resilient, and independent.
