Assistant.e Supply Chain Physique (H/F) ALTERNANCE

Sony Music, a leading music production and distribution company in France, is seeking an Assistant Supply Chain Physique. This role involves managing physical supply chain activities and requires a proactive and organized individual.

The Assistant will work closely with distributed labels, managing their stocks and orders. They will also handle logistical services, purchase order entries, and stock monitoring. The role includes regularizing sample product receipts, controlling databases, and configuring DtoC merchandising products. Additionally, the assistant will document and track archive entries and exits as requested by the labels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in the music industry with Sony Music.

Role Involves:

• Being the point of contact for distributed labels regarding stocks and orders
• Managing and tracking logistical services requested from the warehouse
• Entering purchase orders and monitoring stock entries
• Regularizing sample product receipts
• Controlling databases
• Configuring DtoC merchandising products
• Documenting and tracking archive entries/exits

Requirements:

• Student in professional logistics/Supply Chain license
• Proactive, team-oriented, open-minded, versatile, and organized
• Proficient with IT and office systems (Excel, Teams)
• Good command of English
• Good writing skills with impeccable spelling
• Availability in the company 3/4 days per week
