Site Reliability Engineer 3

Job Description

Behavox is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, latency, performance, and efficiency of its production systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams to implement SRE practices and build foundational infrastructure to support Behavox's growing client base.This role offers the opportunity to work with high-load data processing and distributed Big Data systems, implement innovative ideas, and be part of a fast-growing company using modern technologies.What this role involves:

• Performing deployment and maintenance of high-load and large-scale distributed storage and data processing systems in Public clouds.
• Monitoring, developing, and troubleshooting applications to resolve issues, lead incident support, be part of the on-call team.
• Automating routine operations using Python / Golang.
• Maintaining cloud-based services in public cloud providers (GCP/AWS).
• Administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems and networks.

Requirements:

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox.
• 5+ years of experience as an SRE/DevOps engineer responsible for deployment and maintenance of production systems.
• Experience with Public Clouds (GCP/AWS).
• Knowledge of Google cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub or similar AWS technologies would be a plus.
• Automation skills - SaltStack or equivalent tools(Ansible), knowledge of programming languages (Python, Golang, Java).
• Experience with Hashicorp stack: Terraform, Nomad, Consul, Vault.
