Job Description
OpenEye, a leading provider of cloud-managed video security solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role is the front line of the business, serving as the first point of contact for customers. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain and grow existing security sales, provide excellent customer service, and enhance client relationships. They will also make outbound calls to potential partners, engage and develop them, and convert them into OpenEye Partners. Once the account is spending, it will be transferred to a Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Role involves:
  • Providing order information to customers
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Resolving customer issues with internal teams
  • Providing sales support to outside sales team
  • Building relationships with regional accounts
  • Preparing for trade shows

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years inside sales experience
  • Experience setting and meeting goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Background knowledge in IT, networking, IP video, security surveillance, and access control (preferred)
