Job Description
Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer to join their Americas Field Sales team. This role is crucial in demonstrating the power and agility of Zscaler's cloud transformation to prospective customers. The Commercial Sales Engineer will be responsible for creating and delivering technical product presentations, gathering customer requirements, leading product evaluations, and designing test plans.
Responsibilities: - Creating and delivering technical product presentations
- Gathering customer technical requirements
- Leading product evaluations and custom product configurations
- Designing evaluation test plans with customers
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator
- Prior experience with small to medium sized business accounts, or enterprise accounts in the networking or cyber security space (preferred)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing and switching products (preferred)
- Demonstrated a proactive learning orientation and thrives in adapting to new challenges (preferred)
