Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Director - Data Protection to join their Sales and Go-to-Market team. This role involves leading a team of specialist sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and aligning with various internal teams to improve performance. The Regional Director will report to the Global Vice President-Data Protection and will be responsible for the overall success of their business unit.
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing world-class specialist sales talent
- Creating development plans for each sales representative
- Coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets
- Developing and executing a strategic plan for business success
- Accurately forecasting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Aligning with regional sales leadership, field sales, marketing, and partners
- Engaging with Product Management, Product Marketing, Services, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements: - 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at the C-Level
- 3 years of leadership experience managing a team
- Experience leading a product specialist sales team or as a product sales specialist
- Experience in the Data Protection industry
- Proficiency in data-driven territory management
