Job Description
Narvar is seeking a Sr. Customer Engineer to join their Professional Services team. This role is crucial for helping enterprise and mid-market customers integrate Narvar solutions using middleware platforms like Celigo and Nexla. The Customer Engineer will drive successful implementations and ensure long-term value for clients.

Role involves:
  • Leading technical onboarding and integration of Narvar’s platform.
  • Collaborating with clients to define integration strategies and design architecture.
  • Building and validating integration solutions using APIs and web technologies.
  • Implementing and optimizing data flows across various enterprise systems.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Creating and maintaining integration documentation.

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience with middleware and iPaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Understanding of frontend/web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proficiency in building and troubleshooting complex integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
