Job Description
Weploy is seeking a Call Centre Customer Support to simplify finding work. The role is located in Scoresby/Braeside. The Customer Service and Admin Consultant will be responsible for answering calls and emails, performing admin and data entry tasks, and achieving key metrics.
  • Answering calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)
  • Admin & data entry tasks – Including invoicing and EOM reporting
  • Achieving key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Must have a car to get to work
  • Full-time availability (Mon-Fri)
  • 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience or admin/data entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM systems etc.
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Professional references from previous employers
