GiveDirectly is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the adoption of its fundraising tools through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in related fields such as product management, data analytics, or management consulting. This role is fully remote, requiring overlap with an East Africa timezone.GiveDirectly is an international non-profit organization that focuses on providing direct cash transfers to people living in poverty. They have raised over $1B since 2011 and delivered cash to more than 1.5 million people in 15 countries.Role involves:
  • Leading and executing partner tool onboarding and activation campaigns.
  • Project managing campaign calendars and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Developing compelling content and executing strategic distribution across various channels.
  • Initiating and driving new marketing experiments to accelerate growth.
  • Measuring campaign performance against clear KPIs and providing regular reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and presentation creation.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an iterative mindset.
