Job Description
Aspire is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy for integrating with various payment providers. The role involves defining and executing the product roadmap, understanding technical aspects of payment flows, and collaborating with stakeholders across finance, compliance, and legal departments. The Senior Product Manager will also lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and monitor performance metrics.

Role involves:
  • Defining and driving the product strategy for integrating with various payment providers.
  • Understanding technical aspects of payment flows.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across finance, compliance, and legal departments.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects.
  • Managing relationships with payment providers.
  • Ensuring that all payments and FX products comply with local regulations.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in Payments or Fintech.
  • Comfortable with API documentations and solution architecture discussions.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive discussions/negotiations with different stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with the ability to extract insights from raw data.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
