Job Description

OLIVER+ is seeking a Project Lead (Automation) to join their team in India. The Project Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of GenAI and Automation projects, working closely with the Business Director to understand customer needs and drive operational process flow.

Role Involves:

  • Leading and overseeing all production work and project delivery.
  • Identifying the scope of work for each project.
  • Overseeing stakeholder engagement management.
  • Ensuring effective resourcing for AI/Automation projects.
  • Staying up-to-date on GenAI & Automation tools and guiding the team.
  • Guiding stakeholders on new tech platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities on the account.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Driving operational process flow.
