Job Description

Twilio is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Manager to lead the NAMER Outbound SDR business. The Sales Development team is a strategic component of Twilio's go-to-market strategy, focusing on driving net new logos for the business. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with experience driving scaled motions across a large account list and a passion for improving customer outcomes. This role involves coaching and developing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing a team of 8–12 outbound Sales Development Representatives.
  • Owning team performance metrics and refining outreach strategies.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales leadership and GTM partners.
  • Partnering with SDRs to refine account targeting strategies and coach on effective messaging tactics.
  • Driving adoption of the SDR tech stack.
  • Addressing performance gaps through structured coaching plans.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales / SDR leadership in high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Experience executing an outbound pipe gen motion with a metrics-based approach.
  • Deep understanding of cold calling qualification best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the Martech industry.
  • Proficiency with modern sales processes and experience using sales engagement and productivity tools.
  • Excellent executive presence and experience influencing buying decisions.
  • Ability to operationalize upmarket success + execute on pipeline strategy at scale through data analysis + 1:1 coaching.
