Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Senior Data Analyst of Sales Compensation to join their Sales Compensation team. In this role, the candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales Organization, providing insights into performance results, policies, and target reviews. They will also guide Leadership through complex compensation cases.
The Senior Data Analyst will develop a deep understanding of Twilio's Sales Incentive plans and policies, building strong partnerships with the Sales team and managers to address their needs and concerns. Ensuring the accuracy of employee data and targets provided to stakeholders is also a key responsibility. This role is critical in providing tailored support and enhanced engagement to the Sales teams to motivate them to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with business partners and address Compensation questions.
- Understand sales incentive programs, systems, and policies.
- Support Sales Compensation dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage quotas, employee, and hierarchy data to ensure precise Xactly set up.
- Analyze sales performance results and key compensation metrics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry
- 1+ years of Sales Compensation results visualization (Tableau is a +)
- Process oriented: capable of developing high level analysis of data integrity issues
- Intimate understanding of sales incentive programs
- Excellence in structuring complex problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations concisely and effectively
- Experience in Xactly or other Sales Incentive management programs (Desired)
- Excellent project and program management skills (Desired)
- Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills (Desired)
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex data models (Desired)
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization (Desired)
