Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a qualified and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Australia. Eucalyptus is an Australian digital healthcare company focused on solving healthcare challenges through technology and personalized experiences. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth consultations, diagnose and prescribe medication, provide ongoing clinical support, and contribute to improved models of care. Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with patients via telehealth.
• Diagnose and prescribe medication as appropriate.
• Manage medication side effects.
• Provide ongoing clinical support to patients.
• Respond to medical issues.
• Assist in creating improved models of care and support programs.

Requirements:

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration (without restrictions).
• Experience in primary care conditions.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital applications.
• Experienced decision-maker.
• Clear communicator.
