Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of Philippine payroll. The Payroll Manager will collaborate with the People and Finance teams to integrate payroll with employee data and financial reporting. They will also work with external auditors and identify automation improvements.
Role Involves:
- Managing Eucalyptus’ Payroll Vendor for Philippine Payroll.
- Ensuring payroll compliance with local tax laws.
- Collaborating with the People team for seamless data integration.
- Working with the Finance team for accurate financial reporting.
- Managing financial year-end audit requests.
- Implementing automation improvements.
- Mentoring and developing the payroll team.
- Assisting EUC group global payroll operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Philippines payroll management.
- Experience leading payroll operations in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- In-depth understanding of Philippines payroll processes and legislations.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
