Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance department for its US-based business units. Topsort is a company focused on democratizing monetization access for all, offering a privacy-first, cookie-free advertising world with modern tech and AI. The company has major hubs worldwide and a customer base in 40+ countries.
The Head of Finance will embrace Topsort’s “sports team” ethos by collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams. They will manage invoicing, collections, and cash flow, design and implement FP&A tools, develop and manage budgets, oversee headcount modeling and payroll, and administer equity awards and the company stock plan.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of US and international finance practices.
- Startup agility and drive.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and intellectual curiosity.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in the Boston office 4 days a week.
