Notion is seeking a Digital Customer Success Program Manager, EMEA to join their Customer Success team in Dublin, Ireland. The Digital Customer Success Program Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital success strategies to Notion's diverse customer base, focusing on driving product adoption and usage through digital engagement. They will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams.

What this role involves:

  • Analysing user engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for product adoption.
  • Designing, scaling, and automating programs to achieve success milestones across the customer journey.
  • Developing and executing digital engagement programs across various platforms such as web, email, and Slack.
  • Implementing targeted digital campaigns and tools tailored to different user segments and industries.
  • Building scalable assets and resources to support program execution.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to align on user success strategies.
