Job Description
Teads, now combined with Outbrain Inc., is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Ad Tech team. The company operates as the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. The role involves working with a team of passionate engineers to build advertising solutions at a world scale, processing 1B predictions per second during real-time auctions.
Role Involves:
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in large-scale advertising systems, including models for CTR and CVR, online learning, and ad matching.
- Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to identify investment opportunities.
- Assisting teams in implementing solutions, acting as an advisor on multiple projects, and participating in bringing new projects to production.
- Working with product managers to identify data science and AI projects with optimal cost/benefit ratios.
- Experimenting with new approaches and following industrial and academic research.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in the ad tech industry, specifically in the use of AI and data science.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deduce wider range products from specific problems.
- Experience in Statistics and/or Artificial Intelligence.
- Ability to analyze scientific articles and implement them as appropriate.
- Mindfulness about application architecture, performance, testing, maintainability, and overall quality.
