Job Description

Teads is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Global Growth team. This role involves working with Sales to onboard new clients and oversee the success of Growth clients’ advertising campaigns. The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships with SME Brands and Agencies, analyze campaign results, deliver optimization recommendations, identify and pitch upsell opportunities, and monitor account retention.

Role involves:

  • Managing client kickoff calls and onboarding processes.
  • Supporting the daily workflow of Growth client accounts.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-based insights.
  • Managing and growing a book of business by identifying opportunities.
  • Providing excellent communication via phone, email, video, and direct contact.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising or marketing.
  • Able to speak/write German and English language; Native or fluent level.
  • Analytical skills and comfortable with data.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical aptitude and desire to learn the Teads system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
