Job Description
ZipRecruiter is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration of leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and employee benefits programs across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Israel. This role involves process administration and identifying operational improvement opportunities, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing the global leave of absence and accommodations program.
  • Providing leave of absence and accommodations expertise to employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with Payroll to support the processing of leave-related wage payments.
  • Assisting in administrating domestic and global employee benefit programs.
  • Partnering with Accounting and Payroll to provide information for journal entries.
  • Partnering with the Benefits Team and US & global brokers for benefits renewal and Open Enrollment.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollments in ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Drafting and refining benefit communications and collateral.
  • Documenting and maintaining administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
  • Developing and implementing employee wellness initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in leave of absence and/or benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Previous knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and technical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
