Vimeo is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to support its growing Enterprise organization. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Sales Enablement to develop programs that support sales, customer success, product marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creativity, collaboration, content creation, and communications.This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and will be responsible for executing on the strategy including training, programs, processes, practices and tools to enable our global customer facing teams to effectively sell Vimeo’s suite of Enterprise offerings.
What this role involves: - Leading the development and execution of skills training for the Global Sales Organization.
- Evolving the new onboarding program for new hires in the revenue organization.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of the annual Global Sales Kickoff.
- Acting as the NAMER and LATAM regions enablement expert.
- Facilitating regular feedback loops to ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining proficiency in Vimeo Products and Enterprise solutions.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
- Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with Revenue Leaders.
- Leveraging Seismic to roll out all enablement initiatives.
Requirements: - 5+ years of sales, sales training, and enablement experience.
- Experience as a Senior IC in Enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Ability to work with sales leadership at all levels.
- Strong instructional design skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC training and reinforcement.
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies.
- Data-driven approach to enablement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Enterprise Sales SaaS tools.
