This role involves outbound communication with customers and partners, recommending solutions, and driving subscription growth. The representative will liaise between stakeholders, improve lifecycle management, and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities:
Outbound phone and email communications
Recommends business solutions
Utilizes installed product subscription records
Liaises between Customers, Partners and the SonicWall sales organization
Drives Lifecycle Management process improvements
Maintain documentation for all projects and initiatives
Enhances and further builds relationships with existing customers
Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results
