Regional Sales Manager - Bay Area

Job Description

ExtraHop is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Bay Area. The company is dedicated to helping organizations achieve complete visibility, real-time threat detection, and proactive security through its network detection and response (NDR) technology.This role involves:

• Increasing revenue in assigned regions/territories/districts.
• Identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships with resellers.
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenues.
• Identifying prospects for ExtraHop products through cold calls, lead follow-up, and face-to-face meetings.
• Presenting and demonstrating ExtraHop products to customers.
• Preparing and implementing strategic sales account plans for all customers.
• Working with resellers to grow business in your territory.

Requirements include:

• Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
• 1 years of cybersecurity sales experience.
• Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate ExtraHop's value proposition.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of sales success in network/application management or related IT infrastructure solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong independent work ethic and experience working in startup culture.
• Existing senior level relationships at a wide range of accounts in your assigned territory.
• Ability to travel.
