Job Description
Fluxon, a global product development company, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex products end-to-end. The ideal candidate will blend technical depth with project instincts and thrive in dynamic environments. This role is open to candidates based in Poland, preferably in Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk.
Role involves:
- Coordinating with Product and Engineers to define specifications.
- Managing projects using Confluence and Jira.
- Ensuring PM reports are accurate and timely.
- Providing management visibility into project progress.
- Organising project reviews with stakeholders.
- Developing project plans and managing deadlines.
- Identifying areas for improvement in project performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering background is a bonus).
- Fluent in English and experience working with Executives.
- 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
- 3+ years of Agile project management experience.
- Experience with Agile, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planning.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with global product teams and engineers.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
