Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead its AI growth initiatives. This role involves shaping the future of PagerDuty's enterprise SaaS products by leading the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions that leverage Machine Learning and Large Language Models. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to transform ambiguous projects into exceptional customer experiences. They will also work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
Role involves:
- Leading the vision, strategy, and execution for AI growth products and services.
- Aligning and getting buy-in from executive stakeholders around a product roadmap.
- Collaboratively working with data scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Leveraging user-centric approaches to drive product adoption and growth.
- Guiding the product through Beta, Early Access, and General Access stages.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on data-led growth products at SaaS organizations
- Experience building enterprise-grade products that leverage Machine Learning or Large Language Models.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with a background in data product management.
- Strong business acumen and customer empathy.
- Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to break down complex problems and align stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
