Betsson Group is seeking a Facilities & Office Specialist to enhance their workplace environment in Malta. This role involves managing facilities operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facilities operations, including cleaning, catering, and maintenance services.
- Source, coordinate, and oversee contractors and suppliers.
- Handle facility requests through the online Service Desk system.
- Manage building emergencies and ensure occupant safety.
- Maintain and update facilities handbooks.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations.
- Manage site assets and support Health & Safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional assistance to visitors and employees.
- Deliver cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is essential.
- Management experience in facilities management for flagship properties is essential.
