Product Manager - Payments

Betsson is seeking a Product Manager – Payments to shape its payments strategy and deliver seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for a self-starting professional with a passion for product development and user-centric design. The Product Manager will have end-to-end ownership of product discovery, roadmap definition, and stakeholder collaboration. They will work at the core of business and technology, transforming complex requirements into value-driven solutions.

Role involves:

• Defining the roadmap for the payments domain.
• Shaping the customer experience by working with UX/UI designers and engineers.
• Driving continuous improvement in how the Product team operates.

Requirements:

• Gathering and prioritising requirements from users, internal teams, and regulatory sources.
• Collaborating with UX and UI designers to translate business needs into user-focused solutions.
• Defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Driving the delivery of initiatives from ideation to release.
• Managing stakeholders across business units.
• Balancing risk, compliance, and innovation.
• Improving ways of working within Product Management.
