Crypto Trader (Weekend)

Job Description

Virtu Financial is seeking a Crypto Trader to join their newly formed, global Crypto trading desk in Singapore. The Crypto Trader will be responsible for supervising and optimizing strategy performance, intraday market and credit risk management, basic back office and site reliability monitoring, and communication and coordination with the larger global Crypto trading team.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years’ experience working at a financial institution, with crypto experience being a plus. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred, and strong graduates will also be considered. Programming experience in Python, SQL, Java, or C++ is required. The candidate should be dependable, trustworthy, highly self-motivated, and self-disciplined, with outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude. They should also possess the ability to communicate information precisely and with agility.
