Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate

AirTrunk is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate to join their team. This role reports to the Director, Legal – Corporate Transactions and involves working closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a key role in corporate workstreams, including structuring and capital raising initiatives across the APJ region, supporting the rapid expansion of AirTrunk's data centre developments. They will also advise on and manage the flow of funds within the AirTrunk Group, ensuring compliance from a legal and regulatory perspective.

Role involves:

• Providing expert legal advice on corporate transactions.
• Reviewing and negotiating complex transaction documentation.
• Identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks.
• Monitoring emerging legal and regulatory issues.
• Driving initiatives to ensure awareness and compliance.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school and current practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 7+ years of corporate/M&A, funds management, private equity, or real estate investment experience.
• Experience in advising across a wide spectrum of corporate and M&A transactions.
• Experience with managing cross-border corporate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
