Job Description

Postman is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Data Engineering Team in Hyderabad. The Data team empowers all functions with data and insights, enabling data-driven decisions. The Data Engineer will design and build scalable data pipelines from internal and external sources to serve business needs. This is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad.

What this role involves:

• Designing and building scalable data pipelines.
• Enhancing data architecture for performance and security.
• Collaborating with analysts and product teams.
• Refining and implementing data governance policies.
• Participating in code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), JavaScript, or Golang.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse/data lake fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
