Powerdot is seeking a Senior Business Developer to expand its presence in Belgium. The company aims to make EV charging accessible by partnering with businesses to provide charging solutions. Powerdot has already partnered with over 1,200 businesses across several countries and is committed to sustainable mobility.This role involves:
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals.
  • Defining and executing a strategic plan for market penetration.
  • Developing personalized proposals for property owners and tenants.
  • Qualifying leads and building a strong contact network.
  • Tracking performance and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborating with the Partnerships Team to achieve growth KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strategic thinking and deal-closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
