Job Description

Podium is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to impact the delivery of AI Employee products. The Staff AI Engineer will work on projects that shape the platform's success and the businesses it supports. The engineer will collaborate across departments to solve real-world problems for small businesses at scale. They will help build scalable, high-performance systems and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform by leveraging AI technologies.

• Developing and maintaining robust, scalable systems with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Passionate about AI with experience architecting and delivering impactful AI-driven features.
