Zenoti is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve success with their platform. The Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through product adoption, best practices, and long-term growth strategies. They will combine technical knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Role Involves:
  • Developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in Zenoti’s platform.
  • Analyzing customer challenges and independently developing solutions.
  • Leveraging customer data and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Leading customer conversations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
  • Managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks.
