The Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through product adoption, best practices, and long-term growth strategies. They will combine technical knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Role Involves:
- Developing strong relationships with customers.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Zenoti’s platform.
- Analyzing customer challenges and independently developing solutions.
- Leveraging customer data and insights to guide decision-making.
- Leading customer conversations and influencing stakeholders.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
- Managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks.
