Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to play a crucial role in retaining existing customers and enhancing brand loyalty. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, powering over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios in over 50 countries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success and focused on providing customer value.
Responsibilities include:
- Building value-based customer relationships
- Gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers
- Developing customer-focused processes for ensuring customer success
- Applying domain expertise to close deals
- Ensuring high user adoption of customer success management application
- Implementing best practices to improve customer success
- Ensuring smooth onboarding handoff
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in dealing with customers
- Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations
- Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required
- Experience dealing with large, complex accounts building relationships at C-Level
- A 4-year degree in any field
- PMP is an added advantage
- Knowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, support processes work – will be a definite plus
