Zenoti is seeking a Director of Contract Renewals to lead the renewal process of SaaS contracts. This role is crucial for the Expansion Sales team, requiring a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. The Director will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the SaaS contract renewal process.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts of renewal revenue.
- Generating reports and analyzing data.
- Promoting customer advocacy.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS contract management, renewal, or customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
