Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Director of Contract Renewals to lead the renewal process of SaaS contracts. This role is crucial for the Expansion Sales team, requiring a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. The Director will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process, negotiating contract terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning and driving the SaaS contract renewal process.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts of renewal revenue.
  • Generating reports and analyzing data.
  • Promoting customer advocacy.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS contract management, renewal, or customer success roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
