Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Sr. Product Support Consultant to join their support team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in effectively utilizing Zenoti to manage their businesses. This role involves working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM UK time, and requires flexibility to accommodate customer needs. This is an in-office position located in Manchester, UK.What the role involves:
  • Receiving inbound help requests from customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Owning customer-reported issues and ensuring resolution.
  • Consulting with customers to optimize their business operations on Zenoti.
  • Researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues.
  • Escalating issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to customers on Zenoti products.
  • Developing and maintaining technical expertise in product functionality.
  • Providing peer mentorship to team members.
  • Creating knowledge base materials to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Providing feedback on product challenges to influence product direction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year in a public-facing service position requiring frequent customer engagement in English and French.
  • Experience running a Point-of-Sale or reservations system.
  • Tenaciousness and perseverance.
  • A technology-centric background with demonstrated curiosity and self-learning.
