Anaplan is seeking a Senior Recruiter to focus on Go-to-Market divisions. The role involves managing 15-18 positions across EMEA, handling the full recruitment life cycle, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive in-house recruitment experience within a global high-growth technology organization.
Role involves:
Partnering with senior stakeholders.
Acting as an expert in industry best practices.
Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer.
Developing creative sourcing strategies.
Ensuring the quality and consistency of the recruiting process.
Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS (Greenhouse).
Communicating effectively with HR and Finance teams.
Developing the employer brand.
Requirements:
Proven experience recruiting across EMEA regions.
Experience recruiting across Go-To-Market teams.
Experience with SaaS market mapping techniques.
Track record of results through direct sourcing strategies.
