Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Senior Customer Success Business Partner (CSBP) to join their Customer Success team in Singapore. Anaplan is focused on optimizing business decision-making through their leading scenario planning and analysis platform. The CSBP will be responsible for the successful deployment, enablement, adoption, and ongoing health of Anaplan's customers and their solutions.

The CSBP will act as a trusted advisor, working alongside partners and the Professional Services team to drive customer outcomes and ensure Anaplan delivers high ROI. They will manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on adoption, expansion, retention, and maximizing ROI. The CSBP will also identify customer pain points and guide them on how Anaplan solutions can address their needs.

Role Involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, expansion, retention, and ROI.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their Anaplan journey.
  • Collaborating with customers to identify pain points and guide them on Anaplan solutions.
  • Building and presenting Quarterly Success Reviews with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  • Growing the Anaplan footprint by conducting workshops to build customer mindshare.
  • Owning key relationships with customers and proactively maintaining high levels of engagement.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying renewal risk and working with Renewal managers and Account executives on a mitigation plan.
  • Advising customers on developing a Center of Excellence.
  • Developing customer success assets and contributing to customer references and case studies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience in customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Supply Chain Planning, or Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with value-selling and delivering value outcomes.
  • Experience understanding, translating, and optimizing client processes.
  • Expertise in planning, forecasting, and modeling with specialization in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales.
