Job Description
enmacc is seeking a Head of Multinational Corporations to lead and develop their international key account customers. This role involves focusing on multinational companies with international operations outside of the DACH region, primarily in the gas and power sectors. The Head of Multinational Corporations will also expand enmacc's reach in the environmental sector by engaging with corporates and industrials and developing new market strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a strong and independent leader, responsible for driving a significant portion of enmacc's business. They will inspire, develop, coach, manage, and guide a team of customer-facing account managers to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and is a member of the enmacc Revenue Management team.
What this role involves:
- Leading, developing, and growing the MNC & Environmental Account Management team.
- Providing consistent 1:1 support to Account Managers.
- Providing technical support and performance responsibility for the MNC & Environmental team.
- Project management and oversight.
- Forecasting, reporting, and achieving sales activities and revenue targets.
- Driving new market strategies, specifically for Italy and Environmental products.
- Defining KPIs and setting targets for the team and individual team members.
- Providing strategic guidance and support in client negotiations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading Account Management and B2B sales teams, ideally in a startup/tech/SaaS environment.
- 8+ years of overall work experience.
- Strong experience in managing B2B customer relationships, particularly with multinational corporations.
- Empathetic personality with natural relationship and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to structure, manage, and guide a high-performing sales/account management team.
- Fluent in English.
- Robust technical skills (Excel, CRM, data analysis).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
