Job Description
Garner Health is seeking a Talent Management & Total Rewards Manager to help shape its People function. The ideal candidate will own the design, management, and continuous improvement of Garner’s job architecture, performance processes, compensation programs, employee benefits, and People tech systems. This role reports to the Head of People.

What this role involves:
  • Leading the continuous development of Garner’s performance, internal movement, and compensation infrastructure.
  • Directly managing bi-annual performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning cycles.
  • Developing employee and manager-facing tools and training around Talent Management and Total Rewards.
  • Managing and evolving Garner’s job architecture and compensation programs.
  • Owning the design and administration of healthcare benefits, ancillary benefits, 401k plan, and perks.
  • Operating as the “product manager” for People systems, tools, and operational workflows.
  • Designing and managing People Analytics dashboards.
  • Partnering on complex change management initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the People/HR space, with 2+ years in a Talent Management and/or Total Rewards leadership role.
  • Product and/or Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets abilities are required for this role.
  • Experience building scalable compensation planning tools and people analytics dashboards strongly preferred.
  • A combination of high ownership mentality, agility, and exceptional project management skills.
  • A deep interest and nuanced understanding of innovative, needle-moving performance and compensation practices.
  • Experience with healthcare benefits design and administration preferred.
  • Strong written communication and an eye for visual design.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success.
