Job Description
OKX is seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager to enhance its compliance systems, focusing on trust and user experience. The Product Manager will own and improve user journeys related to onboarding, identity verification, and account access. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive experiences that meet regulatory requirements.
Role involves:
- Owning product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows.
- Identifying friction points in the customer journey related to regulatory controls.
- Collaborating with Compliance, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into product solutions.
- Using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Designing audit-ready and scalable product solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or a regulated environment.
- Strong product intuition and a user-first mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with regulatory/risk requirements.
- Ability to translate abstract requirements into actionable solutions.
- Comfort working across teams and balancing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks or data privacy requirements.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
