  • Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating executives' calendars.
  • Driving key team activities, such as staff meeting agendas and morale events.
  • Completing complex tasks quickly with little guidance.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel and processing expense reports.
  • Engaging in special projects, such as Board of Directors meetings and conferences.
  • Anticipating needs and acting in the best interest of the team.
  • Tracking key deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
  • Fostering a positive team environment.
What Archer Aviation requires:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Background in tech and/or start-up companies.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes.
  • Availability to be on-site at the San Jose HQ up to 5 days/week, plus occasional travel.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, and SAP Concur.
