Job Description
Remote is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for Identity & Access Management. This role involves managing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and participating in product development. The Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for team dynamics, fostering growth, and ensuring efficient processes. They will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new engineers.

Role Involves:
  • Managing a small product team of 3-5 engineers.
  • Participating in product development (30% of time spent on management).
  • Providing technical guidance to the Product Manager.
  • Being involved in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Managing team dynamics and providing constructive feedback.
  • Guiding and coaching the team.

Requirements:
  • Track record of managing an engineering team (at least 2 people).
  • Senior-level experience in backend (Elixir/Phoenix) or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript/React) development.
  • Experience with IAM-related features (RBAC, SAML/OIDC SSO, OAuth2).
