Associate Client Success Manager

Job Description

KAYAK, a leading travel search engine, is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager in Seoul. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client performance, drive renewals, and manage relationships with advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising space, client satisfaction, and strong analytical skills. The Associate Client Success Manager will work closely with KAYAK’s ad sales and commercial teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment.In this role, you will:

• Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaigns
• Analytically track and optimise campaigns to best meet client goals and objectives
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, which include ongoing strategic consultation and support
• Provide optimisation recommendations and assist with deck creation
• Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
• Native-level proficiency in Korean and excellent command of English
• 3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts, integrated marketing campaigns, and or client-direct relationship
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Solid understanding of the online media industry
• Strong analytical ability
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media buying platforms, a plus
• Good sense of humor and likes working in a fast-paced environment
