Applied AI Engineer - Internship

Job Description

DevRev is seeking an Applied AI Engineer Intern to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, integrating support, product, and growth teams onto a unified platform. The Applied AI Engineering team focuses on ensuring customers derive optimal value from DevRev by designing, developing, and implementing solutions that integrate with existing systems, automate workflows, and customize the DevRev platform.This role involves close collaboration with the Customer Experience team to develop solutions using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. The intern will leverage their creativity and expertise to shape the application of AI, analytics, and workflows in customer processes.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations, automations, and customizations.
• Utilize AI, including Generative AI techniques like prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Work on semantic search engine fine-tuning.
• Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Learn new tools and guide customers through workflows.

Requirements:

• Software engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on coding experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of vector databases and data embeddings.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Result-oriented work style and a learning mindset.
