Job Description
DevRev is seeking a Customer Success Manager to forge enduring client partnerships and ensure they derive maximum value from DevRev's AgentOS. This role is pivotal in guiding customers through their lifecycle, from onboarding to optimization, facilitating their transformation with conversational AI.

The Customer Success Manager will proactively manage accounts, driving business growth and ROI for both the customer and DevRev. They will lead onboarding, devise product adoption strategies, and offer technical expertise. The role involves identifying ways to boost product usage, enabling DevRev integration with existing tools, and sharing relevant content and best practices.

This individual will provide a consultative approach to mapping workflows, conduct data analysis to share insights, and lead interventions to address customer risks. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

Role Involves:
  • Proactively manage accounts to maximize customer value.
  • Lead customers through onboarding and implementation.
  • Develop product adoption strategies.
  • Enable integration of DevRev with customer's tool stack.
  • Share relevant content and best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis to share insights.
  • Identify and lead interventions to address risk.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Customer Success.
  • Knowledge of software development, technical support, and customer lifecycle.
  • Technical knowledge of web solutions including APIs and Webhooks.
  • Knowledge of Data analytics (SQL) or similar technical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Result-oriented work-style and a learning mindset.
